Tonight’s Plans helps you find places and organize an evening. These terms explain the service and your responsibilities when using it.

Using Tonight’s Plans

Tonight’s Plans is operated by Iron Digital MI. These terms apply to your use of the website and its planning features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

You are responsible for using the service lawfully and meeting the requirements of any venue or activity you choose, including age restrictions. A category or audience filter does not confirm admission rules.

Optional accounts

Google sign-in connects your saved activity and planning preferences across devices. Protect access to your Google account and sign out on shared devices. You choose whether to bring this browser’s guest saves into your account when signing in. Use only an account you control.

Recommendations and estimates

Recommendations are informational. Venue hours, menus, prices, availability, accessibility, and policies can change. Confirm important details directly with the venue before traveling or booking.

Crowd levels, suggested arrival times, travel durations, weather information, and budgets may be estimates or forecasts. They are not guarantees of current conditions. A live reading, when available, describes its stated observation time and may change. Budget estimates are general ranges, not quotes; check the displayed assumptions about taxes, tips, and unpriced stops.

Google Maps and other services

Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, including the Google Terms of Service referenced there, which are incorporated into these terms. Google’s Privacy Policy also applies to those features.

Venue websites, booking platforms, and other linked services are operated independently. Any reservation, purchase, cancellation, refund, or dispute with them is governed by their terms. Iron Digital MI is not a party to those transactions unless expressly stated.

Your saves, plans, and contributions

You retain rights you have in the notes, titles, and other content you submit. You give Iron Digital MI permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service, including displaying shared plans and votes to people with the link.

Submit only information you are entitled to share. Do not include unlawful content, another person’s private information without permission, or material that infringes someone else’s rights. Guest saves depend on browser identifiers; clearing them or changing devices can make saved content inaccessible. Keep a separate copy of plans you need.

Acceptable use and ownership

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, impersonate others, submit malicious code, manipulate votes through automation, or extract content in ways that violate applicable rights or provider terms. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address misuse, legal requirements, or security risks.

The site’s original branding, design, and software belong to Iron Digital MI or their respective owners. Third-party venue information, photos, trademarks, and other material remain the property of their owners. Using the site does not grant rights to republish or commercially exploit that material.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Features may change or become unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, Iron Digital MI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, reliance on estimates, or dealings with third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The effective date appears at the top of this page. We will provide additional notice where required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
